In short: we collect only what you give us to join the waitlist, use it to tell you about Sidecrafts, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.

Sidecrafts is operated by StarDVT LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). Contact us at contact@sidecrafts.com.
What we collect

We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers on this site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we’ll update this policy first.
Legal basis
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process your waitlist details based on your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and stores waitlist sign-ups.
- If we later use an email service to send our updates, we will name it here before we share your details with it.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it’s stored
Your information is stored in the United States. If you are outside the US, we rely on our providers’ standard safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If Sidecrafts does not launch, we will delete the waitlist within 12 months.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. Email contact@sidecrafts.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
- UK and EEA: rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
- California: rights under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: rights to access and correct your information under PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Children
Sidecrafts is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll email people on the waitlist.
